Groundprobe
We carry out a tailored Leadership program for Women in Latam, accompanying the company’s ESG policy in terms of gender and diversity where we develop training in new leadership styles and agile methodologies. We also incorporate corporate Coaching sessions so that each participant can grow personally and professionally. We had participants from Peru, Chile and Brazil.
The course was taught in two languages simultaneously and then each participant will access their personal sessions in their native language. This allowed us to accompany the company in its diversity development and at the same time be able to unite different cultures in the same team.
The need was to accompany the company’s potential female talents in their development so that they can be prepared to take on new responsibilities and as added value, do so on new technological platforms to develop skills of adaptation to change and innovation in new technologies.
A.D.E.L.
We carry out training in Sustainability and Climate Change for all associated companies of the ADEL Business Chamber that represents the cleaning, maintenance and environmental hygiene services activity in Argentina.
In the workshop we were able to cover topics related to CSR policy and its adaptation to any type of business and organization. Additionally, tools were provided to manage the new challenges of Climate Change and how to develop preventive measures in their respective institutions.
We generate knowledge and awareness about how to develop new strategies for future business environments (VICA) to be resilient and sustainable over time. We had the participation of companies from all over the country.
