VIRTUOUS SYSTEMS

What we do it for

We do it so that institutions can act with a defined purpose that allows them to generate a powerful and positive impact on their internal and external systems.

By creating these interrelated virtuous circles, a network of programs is formed, which transforms into a virtuous system that responsibly expands the institution’s purpose both internally and externally, acting as a multiplier of its impact on the world.

The creation of these virtuous circles, programs, and systems is designed to be interconnected in such a way that it functions as an efficient, sustainable, and enduring machine over time.

That’s why we engage with each client, understand their pain points and needs, leverage their strengths, and work collaboratively on the creation of these systems.

Personal profile

Carla Rodriguez

Throughout my life, I have developed in various industries and institutions, allowing me to cultivate skills such as critical thinking and cognitive flexibility. These two prominent features of my profile keep me constantly in touch with my creativity, considering the complexity of environments and adapting to seek alternative solutions or innovations for institutions looking to make consistent changes in their transformation processes.

Innately, I enjoy researching and gathering information on different concepts, perspectives, and thinking styles, allowing new proposals to emerge in service of my clients.

My foundational career in International Trade enables me to expand across borders, providing me with a global perspective on current situations worldwide.

My education in CSR, Climate Change, and Sustainability sensitizes me and ignites my passion to the point of wanting to bring about positive changes in institutions and individuals to impact all involved parties positively.

My background in Public Policy acknowledges the need for substantial changes in the governmental sphere, emphasizing our responsibility to engage in this process.

Working with PEOPLE (our human capital) is mandatory to create value and grow as a society.

My purpose is for you to see, reflect, and take action on the following:

No matter what your business or activity is.

Your responsibility and your purpose are your introduction to the world. Determinative changes are needed in institutions. Whatever you do, there is always room for improvement and creating new paths within your domain that allow you to leave your legacy and mark on the world through your values and actions.

The current world is a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) environment, which is why the roots of your actions and systems must be sustainable and strong to embrace constant changes and adaptation without altering the institution’s purpose and DNA. You are CONSTANTLY IMPACTING your surroundings. The question is, How do you want to make this impact?

I ask myself that every day… That’s who I am and how I work.

I enjoy writing, outdoor activities, connecting with water and earth, spending time with my pet, friends, and family. I am a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and Akashic Records reader.

My personal development is part of my DNA.
